Program scope statement

Current stage: Nebrass provides administrative document preparation and general information only. Nebrass does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
If approved later: Any authorized representation would be limited to DHS/USCIS matters only under partial accreditation. Nebrass will not provide immigration court (EOIR) representation under partial accreditation.

Standard (Maximum) Fees

The fees below reflect standard maximum charges for administrative preparation services. Fees may be reduced or waived for clients who qualify under the Organization’s Fee Waiver / Reduced Fee Policy (attached as a separate document).

1) Standard service fees (administrative preparation only)

A) Family- and marriage-based support

Family petition preparation (spouse / parent / child) $850
Fiancé(e) petition preparation $1,100
Financial sponsorship packet preparation (affidavit of support) $550
Adjustment of status FULL package preparation (inside the U.S.) $1,850
Administrative preparation of the main packet + evidence organization. Optional items may be included only if the client chooses to file them and provides the required information and documents.
Remove conditions on residence full packet preparation $1,100
Consular processing support (document packet + online application support) $1,100
Joint sponsor add-on (additional sponsor packet) $350

B) Work authorization, travel, and account support

Work authorization application support $450
Travel document / advance parole support $650
Change of address + basic case tracking support (official tools) $150

C) Citizenship and related support

Naturalization application preparation $750
Replacement of naturalization/citizenship document preparation $650
Certificate of citizenship application preparation $1,100
Citizenship for eligible children abroad (application support) $1,150

D) Optional administrative add-ons (only when appropriate)

Secure document scanning + file organization (large paper files) $150
Agency notice / RFE organization support (administrative only; no legal strategy) — $450
Biometrics / interview preparation folder (checklist + document organization) $100
Translation coordination No fee for coordination
Translation service fees (if any) are separate and depend on language and document length.

2) What the flat fee includes (administrative scope)

Each flat fee typically includes:

Intake appointment and clear scope explanation (what Nebrass can and cannot do)
Document checklist based on official instructions
Document organization (labeled, indexed packet structure)
Typing client-provided answers into required forms
Completeness checks (missing fields, dates, signatures, required attachments)
Assembly of the filing packet and basic filing/logistics support (where to file, how to track using official tools)

3) Costs not included

Government filing fees and any required biometrics/medical exam costs (paid separately to the government or providers)
Third-party translation fees (if applicable)
Postage/courier costs (if applicable)

4) Matters not accepted at this stage (referral required)

To protect clients and stay within safe boundaries, Nebrass does not provide preparation/filing for:

Immigration court (EOIR) matters, removal defense, or litigation
Motions, appeals, or litigation-related filings
Waivers or advanced inadmissibility strategy matters
Asylum and other high-risk protection filings
Any matter involving criminal history, fraud/misrepresentation concerns, or prior removal orders

When these issues appear, the matter is referred to independent licensed counsel, consistent with the Organization’s safeguards.

5) Fee Waiver / Reduced Fee Policy and Charitable Client Access Fund (may reduce fees to $0)

A) Fee Waiver / Reduced Fee Policy (attached)

Nebrass’s Fee Waiver / Reduced Fee Policy is provided as a separate document and governs:

eligibility criteria and required documentation,
decision standards and timelines,
recordkeeping and retention.

B) Charitable Client Access Fund (may cover Nebrass fees)

Nebrass is establishing a Charitable Client Access Fund, supported by donations, to help ensure access for low-income clients. Subject to the attached policy and fund availability, the fund may cover some or all Nebrass service fees for eligible clients, including reducing the client’s Nebrass service fee to $0.
