بوصفنا منظمة معتمدة طبقاً للمادة 501 ج 3 من قانون الضرائب الأمريكي، نخدم الأسر المهاجرة محدودة الدخل التي لا تستطيع الوصول إلى خدمات تأسيس الأعمال التجارية أو تحمل تكاليفها.

 ورسومنا رمزية أو نتنازل عنها حسب حاجة الأسرة، ولا نتقاضى أي مقابل من المختصين الذين نحيل إليهم عملاءنا.

نحن نقدم دعماً كتابياً وإدارياً فقط. لا نقدم استشارات قانونية أو ضريبية أو استراتيجية تجارية.

وعندما تتطلب قضيتك محامياً أو محاسباً قانونياً معتمداً أو مستشاراً مرخصاً، نحيلك إليه فوراً دون أي رسوم، ودون أي علاقة مالية بين نبراس وذلك المختص.

نبراس تقدم دعماً إدارياً وتعليمياً فقط. نحن لا نختار هيكلك التجاري، ولا نؤسس الشركة نيابةً عنك، ولا نشير عليك في الاختيارات الضريبية، 

هذه قرارات تتطلب مختصين مرخصين. ما نقوم به هو أن نضمن لك أن تكون منظماً ومطلعاً وألا يستغلك أحد خلال العملية. نحضر الأوراق من المعلومات التي تقدمها، 

ونشرح لك التعليمات الحكومية الرسمية بلغة تفهمها، ونربطك بمختصين موثوقين عندما يحين وقت الاستشارة القانونية أو المالية الحقيقية.

Immigrant Entrepreneurs Administrative Guidance

 Immigrant entrepreneurship is one of the most powerful engines of American economic integration. 

A single immigrant-owned business means a family supporting itself, employees earning wages, 

taxes feeding schools and roads, and a community gaining a new anchor. When immigrants succeed in business, everyone wins.

Nebrass exists to make sure the paperwork, language gaps, and unfamiliar systems 

never become the reason a qualified immigrant gives up on the American dream. 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we serve low-income and underserved immigrant families who cannot access — or afford — the commercial business-formation industry.   Our work is charitable, our fees are nominal or waived based on household need, and we accept no payment from the professionals we refer clients to.

We provide clerical and administrative support only. We do not give legal advice, tax advice, or business strategy guidance. When your matter requires an attorney, a CPA, or a licensed advisor, we refer you immediately — at no cost, and with no financial relationship between Nebrass and the professional Provider.

What We Offer

• LLC and Entity Formation Support — clerical preparation of Articles of Organization, Sunbiz filings, and EIN applications based on the information you provide
• License and Permit Navigation — identifying the federal, state, county, and city licenses your business needs, and where to apply
• Small Business Resource Connection — referrals to the SBA, SCORE, Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs), and immigrant-focused lending programs
• Document Organization — assembling business filings, operating agreements (through attorney referrals), and recordkeeping systems
• Certified Translation Coordination — Arabic, Spanish, and other languages translated through certified providers for official filings
• Tax and Legal Referrals — immediate handoff to licensed CPAs and business attorneys when strategy or advice is required

How It Works

Nebrass provides administrative and educational support only. We do not choose your business structure, form your LLC for you, or advise on tax elections — those decisions require licensed professionals. What we do is make sure you are organized, informed, and never exploited during the process. We prepare paperwork from the information you provide, we walk you through official government instructions in a language you understand, and we connect you with trusted professionals when it is time for real legal or financial advice.

Who We Serve

Nebrass is a charitable program for low-income immigrants, refugees, and families who would otherwise be priced out of starting a business. Services are provided free of charge or on a sliding-scale basis based on household income. 

No one is turned away for inability to pay.
