رسالتنا: أن يتمكّن كل قادم جديد من أن يصبح جزءًا فاعلًا من القصة الأمريكية. نبراس ترافق الأسر من أول ورقة حتى المشاركة الكاملة — بتنظيم وصدق وبلغتهم.

ما الذي يميّز نبراس: تواجه معظم الأسر خيارين سيئين — أن تدفع أكثر مما تستطيع، أو أن تثق بمن لا يصدق القول عمّا يستطيع فعله. نبراس هي الخيار الثالث: مؤسسة غير ربحية تعلن رسومها، وتعمل بلغتك، وتُمرّر كل ملف عبر إجراءات موثّقة، وتخبرك بوضوح متى تحتاج إلى محامٍ.

About Nebrass

Our mission: every newcomer should be able to become an active part of the American story. Nebrass walks with families from the first document to full participation — organized, honest, in their language.

What makes Nebrass different: most families face two bad choices — pay more than they can afford, or trust someone who is not honest about what they can do. Nebrass is the third option: a nonprofit that publishes its fees, works in your language, runs every file through a documented process, and tells you plainly when you need a lawyer.

Leadership — القيادة

Ahmed Eid, Executive Director. Ahmed founded Nebrass in 2025 after more than twenty years in law, teaching and community work. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and an LL.M. in business law and commercial arbitration, taught business law at university level, and is fluent in Arabic and English. Ahmed is not a U.S.-licensed attorney and does not give legal advice; he leads Nebrass’s operations, compliance and partnerships, and refers every legal question to independent licensed counsel — a boundary he respects because he understands exactly where it lies.

أحمد عيد، المدير التنفيذي. أسّس أحمد نبراس عام 2025 بعد أكثر من عشرين عامًا في القانون والتدريس والعمل المجتمعي. حاصل على ليسانس الحقوق وماجستير في قانون الأعمال والتحكيم التجاري، ودرّس قانون الأعمال في الجامعة، ويجيد العربية والإنجليزية. أحمد ليس محاميًا مرخّصًا في الولايات المتحدة ولا يقدّم استشارات قانونية؛ يقود عمليات نبراس والامتثال والشراكات، ويحيل كل سؤال قانوني إلى محامٍ مستقل مرخّص — حدّ يحترمه لأنه يعرف بالضبط أين يقع.

Board of Directors: the board approves the budget, the fee schedule and the fee-waiver policy, and reviews every client concern.
